Free pick up: Available for all items within 48 hours. Collection is from 28 Main Road, Tirau.
In-house Delivery Service
In-house delivery service available on full priced furniture items to the following areas:
Tirau, Matamata, and Putaruru.
Deliveries to addresses outside of townships or more than 5km from main highways will be subject to an additional charge of 50c/km. Please note that deliveries will only be made on days designated by Paisley House.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Failure to provide the correct shipping address or select the correct shipping option at the checkout may result in termination of the order.
Most items listed on the website are also available for purchase in-store. In the unlikely circumstance that you purchase an item online which has recently been purchased in-store, and is therefore unavailable, you will be notified and refunded the full amount.
Returns Policy
Returns
Refunds: Please choose items carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. We will offer a refund for damaged or faulty items if they are reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Exchanges or store credit: Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased, unused, and free from any damage. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to 28 Main Road, Tirau.
