Shipping Costs

Our items come in all sorts of wonderful sizes, shapes, and weights which means we have varied shipping costs for some items. 

Large Items & Furniture

For large items or furniture please contact us for a personalised shipping rate prior to purchase. If you prefer to go ahead and purchase online, we will contact you with a shipping quote after your order has been processed. 

We offer an in-house free local delivery service on full priced furniture items to the following areas:
Tirau, Matamata, and Putaruru.

Deliveries to addresses outside of townships or more than 5km from main highways will be subject to an additional charge of 50c/km.  We will contact you after purchase to arrange delivery and invoice any additional delivery charges.  Please note that deliveries will only be made on days designated by Paisley House.  Please contact us if you would like more information.

Homewares

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $15.00 to the North Island and South Island on homeware items only (excludes furniture and oversize or overweight items).

Our flat rate shipping costs have been created to benefit customers purchasing multiple items.  If you would like to purchase only one or two small items from our website please contact us as we would be happy to create a custom shipping rate for you.

Pick Up

We offer a free pick up option on all items via the website which you are welcome to select.  Pickup is the responsibility of the customer.  Homeware items and oversize/overweight items will be available for pickup from our Tirau store by arrangement and will usually be ready within 48 hours.

Delivery Times

Homewares & large items able to be couriered

Once your order has been placed and your payment has been received please allow up to 6 working days for delivery nationwide. Please allow an extra 2 days for rural deliveries.

Furniture

When we provide you with a shipping quote we will also provide a delivery time-frame.

If you choose to use our in-house delivery service we will contact you to arrange delivery.

International shipping

Please email us at hello@paisleyhouse.co.nz for an international shipping quote before placing an order. Customers will be responsible for paying any taxes or duties on their order relevant to the destination country.

Returns

Please choose items carefully as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.  We will offer a refund for damaged or faulty items if they are reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. To exchange an item, the item must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased, unused, and free from any damage by the customer. 

Other Ts & Cs

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. 

Failure to provide the correct shipping address or select the correct shipping option at the checkout may result in termination of the order.

Most items listed on the website are also available for purchase in-store.  In the unlikely circumstance that you purchase an item online which has recently been purchased in-store, and is therefore unavailable, you will be notified and refunded the full amount.
