Important Information For Our Customers

We know these are worrying times for everyone and hope that you and those around you are all staying safe.

Please find some FAQs below. As we approach and work our way down the Alert levels, we will be updating this page with up-to-date information regularly.

 

Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order online as normal and we can still deliver to you once we move into alert levels 3 & 2. We will be offering free contactless LOCAL delivery on our larger oversized items and furniture items. (Please see our free local deliveries information section).

When will my order arrive?

We are aiming to keep to all our delivery times once safe to do so,  please bear in mind that your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual due to the rising demand for delivery services nationwide. If you are concerned, please contact us via our social media channels or by email hello@paisleyhouse.co.nz

Are your stores still open?

Our Tirau store is now open in alert level 2.  Our online store remains open with orders shipped out in alert levels 3 & 2.

Are there any changes to deliveries of larger items?

Deliveries of oversized items and furniture are still going ahead as usual once we move into level 3 & 2, we will contact you regarding your delivery so we can speak to you to arrange a safe delivery of your large item. Our freight partners have all the appropriate processes in place to ensure a safe and smooth delivery for both parties. if you have covid 19, sick or self isolating due to covid 19 please let us know, we all have to work together to ensure every ones safety.  Auckland and Northland customers for oversized & large furniture items we are unable to deliver under alert level 4. All orders will be shipped in alert level 3.

How do I return my online purchase?

Our return policy for online orders remain the same. Please choose carefully when making an order as we do not refund for change of mind. Please contact us for more information either by our social media channels or via email hello@paisleyhouse.co.nz

How do I return in-store purchases?

For any returns purchased instore before the lockdown, please contact us so we can arrange with you how to safely return this. Alternatively we will be opening our store in Tirau once we move into level 2, customers wishing to return items will be able to do so, our usual returns policy still remain in place. 

Can I still use your Click & Collect service?

Yes, during Alert level 3 and level 2 we can arrange with you a suitable day and time. We will contact you regarding collection and how you will collect this following the recommended guidelines. Please keep our staff safe by staying at home if your sick, we are more than happy to arrange another day for you to do this.

Free contactless local delivery on oversized items and furniture.

We are offering a free local contactless delivery service for purchases over $100 on oversized items and furniture items throughout the alert levels 3 and 2. This delivery service is offered by Paisley House on designated days, this will be arranged by Paisley House and the customer prior to delivery commencing. Please ensure you have a safe area for us to leave your item, we also ask that all pets are contained whilst we deliver your item. Please note if we are unable to enter your property safely we will have to cancel your delivery. 

Towns within the free delivery zone are; Tirau, Matamata, Putaruru and Cambridge. 

Above all we are in this together, we'll always strive to deliver you the best customer service we have always done, and follow all the guidelines  set out by the government and Ministry of Health.  We will always be looking out to keep you, our communities and staff safe through these trying times.
